When I first found out that Robert was creating the keto brick, I was excited for two reasons. First, because his nutritional knowledge would inform his choices of ingredients (simple, real food ingredients), as well as the macronutrient breakdown of the product (100% ketogenic). Of course, Robert is a foodie like me, so the second reason I was excited was because I knew that it would taste good. When I first bit into it, my expectations were surpassed. This product is delicious and extremely calorie/nutrient dense.  It will definitely be something I use with my coaching clients, as well as my family. I can’t wait to think of all the keto brick recipes I will think of. Get some for yourself ASAP!

As a 54 year old design engineer I'm sitting at my desk for 8-10 hours a day Monday through Friday. Due to manufacturing deadlines I'm unable to take time out for lunch many days.. I always have several Keto Bricks in my desk for those times.. They take care of the hunger, satisfy any craving for something sweet.... keeping me away from the candy machine in the break room, will not knock me out of ketosis, and helps with my mental clarity. The bricks have also been a main part of my 60 pound weight loss in keto due to the macros. Now I'm hitting the weights pretty hard and continue to eat at least half a brick every day. Thanks guys

I love everything that the Keto Savage brand (both Robert & Crystal) stand for. I appreciate all you do, your honesty and the incredibly hard work you both put into these products and everything else you do. It's one of the only YT channels I watch regularly and actually look for each day, so thank you. For the bricks, I appreciate that the flavors are nice but not so sweet that I just want to keep eating them (self control is something I'm still working on). I just scored my first order of Keto Bricks and I’m already dying for more. I put in long days as a Crossfit coach and I’m always looking for fast, efficient, and healthy ways to fuel my body during the hours of training and commuting, and Keto Bricks are DOMINATING right now. Easy to carry, easy to stash in the car and the gym bag, and fun to eat anytime. Absolutely love this product. I am always looking for something that I can eat quick if I’m skiing or hiking and this does the trick. In a time where there always seem to be some deceiving new Keto bar product out I am so glad I found you guys. Thank you for such quality and macro conscious product that doesn’t have hidden sugars and crap in it.

The macronutrient make up of this product is amazing.  In a world of protein bars and so called keto bars its my opinion there still wasn’t a true keto bar available.  This bar checks all the boxes.  The texture is amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed eating It from that standpoint.  It was just sweet enough, but by no means overwhelming.  Some nuttiness came through as well. The name Keto Brick is perfect, because this for sure will be the foundation of my daily food protocol.
