These little bites are all the goodness of the Keto Bricks but in a soft, fluffy texture that will leave you completely satisfied!
½ Cinnamon Crunch Keto Brick
½ c heavy whipping cream
10 drops liquid stevia
1t Cinnamon Powder
1Tbs monk fruit sweetener, granular
1t Cinnamon Powder
14g Lily’s Chocolate Chips
½ T coconut oil
In a small saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a simmer over medium heat. This is reached when small bubbles form around the cream. (Note that if the cream comes to a boil, it will separate and not work.)
While the cream warms up, break down half a brick into crumbles and set aside.
Once the cream has been properly heated, turn off the heat and add the crumbled brick. Stir constantly until the brick melts and there are no leftover chunks. Add in stevia.
In a mini muffin mold, pour in the mixture into six of the cavities and chill until firm, preferably overnight. You can use other molds and adjust the macro count accordingly.

Sprinkle onto bites...
Melt the chocolate chips with oil and drizzle onto the bites, letting them chill to harden the chocolate.
